Estate Manager (Sentul)

Job Descriptions:

• Ensuring the achievement of the target time and quality of units to be handed over to consumers by checking, and controlling the landscape and estate environment
• Resolve consumer complaints regarding units that will be handed over promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as well as coordinate handovers
• Monitoring IPL security and administration (billing and collecting) and handling complaints
• Developing and managing budgets, controlling expenses, and negotiating with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective operations
• Creating and implementing optimal practices for daily estate operations

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experienced min. 2 years as an Estate Manager in a developer company (must)
• Mastering Estate Management in the Property Business and handling complaint
• Knowledge of Building Civil Engineering, Landscape Techniques, and Property Management Administration
• Strong attention to detail, leadership, and team management skills
• Willing to be placed at Sentul, Bogor
