Executive Assistant

Seeking a proactive Executive Assistant in Indonesia to support senior leaders across functions and locations. Reporting to the Global Head of Ethics & Compliance, youll manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and expenses. Youll also assist with content creation for training and communications, and take on ad hoc tasks. A growth mindset and can-do attitude are essential. This role requires relieving administrative burdens, fostering team culture, and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred. About The Team

The Risk Community teams mission is to protect and grow the company by managing enterprise risks through proactive partnering with the businesses and functions. DPPO, ERM, E&C, FIC and IA work closely as second and third lines of defence for the company. We work hard to complete the objectives and tasks on hand, but we also celebrate the wins together as a team. Unique opportunity to work with stakeholders who are from other functions, as well as other locations where the company operates in (Indonesia, Singapore, India and China). Ability to develop skills and capabilities beyond usual administrative support.
