Exhibition Sales

About the role

As the Exhibition Sales at Maison Events, you will play a pivotal role in driving exhibition space, sponsorships and related services to potential and existing exhibitors for our exhibitions and events, by building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the exhibitions and events strategic goals.

What youll be doing:

(1) Sales & Business Development

  •  Identify and develop new business opportunities for exhibition space and sponsorship sales.

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct telesales, face-to-face meetings, and online presentations.

 (2) Client Relationship Management

  •  Understand clients business needs and present appropriate solutions.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.

 (3) Database & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

 (4) Collaboration & Teamwork

  •  Work closely with the Exhibition & Event Lead, Marketing, Operations, and Buyers Relation teams to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Provide input on pricing strategies, market trends, and competitive analysis.

What were looking for

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in exhibitions, media, or B2B services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients

  • Proactive, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin speaking is a added bonus.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the events or exhibition industry

  • Keen understanding of the local and regional events and exhibition market

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
