Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Support budget tracking and project-related administration.
- Help monitor and record daily cash flow.
- Prepare and input data for monthly financial reports.
- Handle payments (e.g. vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, petty cash).
- Assist in preparing and submitting tax reports (VAT, Withholding Tax, e-faktur).
- Maintain organized financial documentation and assist in audit preparations.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance/accounting role (fresh graduates with internships are welcome to apply).
- Familiar with basic Excel/Google Sheets formulas.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible with deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax basics is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Jurnal, Accurate) is an advantage.
