Finance & Accounting Officer
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:• Review and verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.• Prepare and process payment vouchers in accordance with procedures.• Compile and submit accurate tax data to the Tax section.• Record asset information and depreciation periodically.• Input transaction journals accurately.• Reconcile bank and tax accounts, and make adjustment journals during monthly closing for accurate financial reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Accounting.• Min. 2 years experience in the field of Finance and Accounting Supervisor preferably in industrial plant/smelter/power plant construction projects.• Good competencies in end to end Finance and Accounting flow.• Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project• Willing to be located in Jakarta Head Office.
