About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team . As the Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya office.

What youll be doing

  • Supervise the day-to-day financial and accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll processing

  • Prepare and analyst financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies

  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and controls

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making

  • Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team

What were looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office suite
