Job Description

  1. Manage all Finance Department functions to ensure complete day-to-day accounting, tax and financial activities

  2. Manage month-end closing and issue monthly management accounts on time

  3. Plan, coordinate and control cash flow and issue relevant reports

  4. Draft, implement and manage company budgets

  5. Manage monthly & yearly tax

  6. Set up and manage Finance and Accounting related procedures

  7. Maintain financial control systems

  8. Manage, train and support subordinates and provide guidance on accounting operations

  9. Prepare and present monthly batch costing exception report

  10. Maintain the fixed assets register

  11. Ensure all tax related issues are dealt with correctly and on time

  12. Process payments and payroll

  13. Reconcile stock-take

Qualification

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Tax

  2. Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

  3. Experience working with accounting system (Accurate) & an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 is an advantage)

  4. Excellent communication in Bahasa and English (spoken and written)

  5. Accuracy / attention to detail, deadline-driven and respects strict confidentiality
