Finance Cashier (Mandarin Speaker)

PT ANEW HUIYOU INDONESIA, part of Huatong Group (a state-owned company from China), is looking for an Finance Cashier (Mandarin Speaker)

Finance Cashier (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for managing daily cash and bank transactions, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting tax-related reporting. The role requires strong Mandarin communication skills to coordinate financial matters with internal teams and external Chinese-speaking partners.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

1. Handle cash and bank receipts and payments in accordance with company SOPs.按照公司标准操作程序处理现金和银行的收付款业务。

2. Manage petty cash and prepare daily cash reports.管理备用金并编制每日现金报表。

3. Record financial transactions accurately into the accounting system.准确记录财务交易至会计系统中。

4. Maintain and organize supporting financial documents and transaction proofs.整理并归档财务凭证和交易单据。

5. Assist in collecting, verifying, and filing tax-related documents (e.g., tax invoices, withholding slips).协助收集、核实并归档税务相关文件（如发票、扣税凭证等）。

6. Perform basic tax calculations and assist with tax reporting (VAT, Withholding Tax Article 21/23).进行基础税务计算，并协助税务申报（增值税、所得税第21/23条）。

7. Communicate in Mandarin with vendors, HQ, or Chinese partners regarding payments, invoices, and reporting.使用中文与供应商、总部或中国合作方沟通付款、发票及报表事宜。

8. Conduct periodic cash and bank reconciliations.定期进行现金与银行账目的对账。

9. Support monthly closing and internal/external audit processes.协助月度结账及内外部审计工作。

10. Perform other finance administrative duties as assigned.完成上级交办的其他财务行政工作。

Qualifications / 任职资格

• Minimum D3/Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.会计、财务或相关专业，大专或本科以上学历。

• At least 1 year of experience in cashier/finance; tax experience is a plus.至少一年出纳或财务相关经验，有税务经验者优先。

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.必须流利掌握中文（听说读写）。

• Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., VAT, PPh 21/23).了解印尼基础税务法规（如增值税、所得税第21/23条）。

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.熟练使用Excel及会计软件。

• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.工作细致、诚实守信、有责任心，能承受工作压力。

• Good communication and coordination skills.拥有良好的沟通和协调能力。
