Finance Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

· Assist in processing invoices, tracking payment, and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and account receivable

· Perform month-end closing activities i.e bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation.

· Payment preparation including tax reviews

· Assisting in basic financial analysis to Regional Finance team with fluctuation analysis and utilization tracking

· Assisting with preparation of annual audits and tax submissions

· Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· A University degree, in Accounting, Business or a related field

· 2 - 4 years working experience in an accounting related capacity

· Good attitude with a can-do mindset

· High mental agility and intellectual curiosity to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment

· Fluent in written and spoken English and with ability to communicate articulately and persuasively

· Knowledge of basic Indonesian tax laws

· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
