Finance Manager - Manufacture Packaging, Paperbag, Offset Print dan Corrugated

Integras is a growing manufacturing and supply company specializing in Packaging, Paperbags, Offset Printing, F&B Packaging, and Corrugated products. We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong leadership and strategic thinking to oversee our entire financial operations, including finance, accounting, and taxation.

• Lead daily financial operations including cash flow, AR/AP, and bank controls

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports using Accurate

• Develop and monitor budgeting and financial forecasting

• Analyze financial efficiency and business effectiveness, and provide reports and insights to the Director

• Prepare tax reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Build structured and accountable financial systems and SOPs

• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team

• Provide strategic recommendations for effective and efficient business decisions

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment

• Proficient in Accurate, Excel, and other relevant financial tools

• Detail-oriented, structured, and highly initiative in improving systems

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
