Finance Supervisor (AR)

Job Descriptions :

  • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including recording cash receipts, payments, reconciling accounts, preparing monthly reports, and forecasting.

  • Manage export-import and payments for customers invoices.

  • Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Bank SKBDN, TR, CTR.

  • Generate financial reports and statements detailing the status of AP or AR (Collection & Aging report) 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in Manufacturing (Cable & Aluminium Rod)

  • Experience in handle Account Receivable (Export)

  • Minimum 2 years of previous work experience as a Finance supervisor/ AR Supervisor

  • Have analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership skills.

  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work efficiently.

  • Willing to work at our Head Office (Jakarta Barat).
