Finance Supervisor

We are hiring for Finance Supervisor for Jakarta Site. For more information you can read about these job below:

Job Function:

• Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely manner, and manage proper revenue recognition allocations.

• Reconcile revenue and tax reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Record all cost allocations into the appropriate general ledger accounts.

• Manage bank-related correspondences including payments, reconciliations, and account monitoring.

• Oversee fixed asset acquisitions and run monthly depreciation schedules in compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax reconciliation, and financial reporting.

4. Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other accounting software).

5. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

6. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

7. Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.
