Financial Manager

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (essential).

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or service industry is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success in leading finance teams or managing a department.

Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and business performance metrics.
• Expertise in financial systems and accounting software (e.g., DFR and Xero systems).
• Solid understanding of tax regulations, auditing processes, and financial compliance standards.
• Skilled in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control strategies.

Leadership & Strategic Skills:

• Ability to develop financial strategies, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Able to provide strategic insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and other languages if relevant).
• Able to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with internal departments and external partners.

Additional Requirements:
