Fleet and Vendor Management Specialist

We are here to provide services for the needs of saprotan (sarana produksi pertanian) or agricultural production facilities that can be ordered through the application, anytime and anywhere with ease.

• Sourcing & meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate

• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
• Implementing vendor selection to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
• Ensure the fulfillment fleet request from Operations.
• Vendor onboarding

• Monitor the fleet readiness for use in daily basis for operation
• Maintenance and Repairs (Scheduling regular maintenance, Managing unexpected repairs)
• Compliance and Documentation (ensuring vehicles meet legal and safety standards, keeping accurate records of inspections, licenses, and insurance)
• Accident/incident reporting & activity

• Record & validate operational cost related to the respective fleet scheme
• Processing invoice to finance for payment

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet management and/or vendor management.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or distribution industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management operations (cars, motorcycles, trucks).
• Ability to manage vendor negotiations and performance evaluations.
• Proficient in fleet management systems/software (e.g., Fleetio, Samsara, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and vehicle compliance requirements (vehicle registration, inspections, insurance, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating vendor performance and fleet efficiency.
• Highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets for fleet and vendor data analysis.
