  • Jumat: Siang, Sore
  • Sabtu: Siang, Sore
  • Minggu: Siang, Sore
• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,600,000 per bulan

1. Proven experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a reputable restaurant or hospitality environment.

2. Customer service excellence: Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences with a friendly and professional demeanor.

3. Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train a team effectively.

4. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia if applicable).

5. Problem-solving aptitude: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.

6. Organizational skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

7. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

8. Knowledge of POS systems: Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems.

9. Food safety certification: Relevant food safety and hygiene certifications are a plus.

10. Passion for hospitality: A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to continuous improvement.
