Responsibilities

• Lead and Supervise Microbiology Lab

• Work in compliance with the Health & Safety Policy (Personnel Hygiene) to ensure hazards are identified and risk assessed and controlled.

• Responsible for ensuring all work conforms to the processes and procedures of the ‘Quality Management System and ‘Health and Safety Management System.

• Update HACCP Plan and its implementation

• Update Food Defense and Food Fraud Plan and its implementation

• Lead Food Safety Team on behalf of Head QA

• Improve Food Safety System continuously

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology or Biology or a related field

• 5-10 years of experience in microbiology or food safety

• Proficiency in General Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Food Microbiology testing method, ISO 17025, Good Laboratory Practices and Auditing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skill, able to guide people and lead a small team
