Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Freelance Accounting Staff to support our finance department with daily and monthly accounting tasks. You will be responsible for handling financial records, reconciliations, and reporting for ongoing travel operations across the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
• Record daily transactions into accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or similar).
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and journal entries.
• Process vendor invoices and payments when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audits and compliance.
• Provide ad-hoc financial reports as requested.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles (minimum 1 year).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
