About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at GREEN HABIT as a General Admin. Working in our Denpasar (Sidakarya), Bali office , you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organisation. This is a full-time role.
What youll be doing
Provide a range of administrative support services, especially in financial and logistic areas.
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and other business materials as needed
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is organised and readily accessible
Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, handling them professionally and efficiently.
What were looking for
2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Good English communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
A positive, helpful, and proactive attitude
