General Affair & Industry Relation Staff
Provide necessary facilities for employees (e.g., ID cards, uniforms, laptops) for both new hires and existing staff.
Perform routine data backups every three months to ensure secure and reliable data storage.
Manage and maintain office facilities, including asset inventory, procurement, maintenance, and distribution.
Ensure the daily availability of general supplies such as office stationery (ATK) and consumables.
Coordinate requests for drivers and operational vehicles to support business activities.
Maintain strong internal and external relationships to support smooth office operations and administration.
Monitor and report employee attendance on a weekly basis.
Maintain and update the company newsletter and website.
Handle company permits and legal documentation required for business operations.
Ensure all company assets are accurately recorded, traceable, and well-maintained.
Draft and manage employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT), including addendums and renewals.
Develop and distribute internal policies, memos, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and liaise with relevant authorities when needed.
Support HR in addressing employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
Assist with internal audits and labor inspections related to company policies and employee documentation.
