General Manager (GM) Finance and Accounting

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially-savvy General Manager (GM) of Finance and Accounting to lead the Finance and Accounting function at PT Bara Petro Teknik Perkasa, a dynamic company operating in the Accounting industry. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys financial management and reporting.

What youll be doing

• Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports

• Analyzing financial data, identify opportunities for improvement, and make strategic recommendations to drive the companys growth and profitability

• Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Managing the companys cash flow, investments, and financing modelling

• Have great understanding about tax

• Advanced in using Microsoft Office

What were looking for

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting or related field with 10 years of progressive experience in senior finance and accounting roles, preferably within the Accounting industry

• Demonstrated track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams, with strong people management and team-building skills

• Excellent financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights to senior stakeholders

• Proficient in the use of financial management systems and information technology to drive operational efficiency

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align financial strategies with the overall business objectives

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
