Job Description:

As the General Manager - Villa Operations, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations, staff management, budgeting, guest satisfaction, and overall performance of our villas. You will lead a team and ensure each villa runs smoothly, profitably, and in accordance with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, F&B, front office, and maintenance.
  • Lead and motivate villa staff to ensure high service standards and smooth coordination.
  • Monitor guest experience and ensure all feedback is addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and reservations team to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular training and development for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in luxury villa or 4 star hotel management, preferably in Bali.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory reporting to Russian)
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, budgeting, and team coordination.
  • Hands-on, service-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Able to work flexible hours and respond to guest or operational needs swiftly.
  • Willing to stay in Bali, Indonesia
