Growth Intern (CRM)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of prioritized metrics that lead to users engagement of TIX ID and define the right solutions to achieve incremental results. Choose from a single or combination of multiple initiatives (e.g., Digital Marketing initiatives, media partnership, In-App engagement channel, content/communication, product changes).
- Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in the business metrics and user metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, user activity within apps and actual user insights.
- Assist with the planning and execution of Growth campaigns, including email marketing, and in-app marketing channel (CRM).
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the success of growth initiatives.
- Help to develop and execute user engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs, referral programs, and in-app promotions.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials and content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
- Present experiment and campaign insight to Growth Lead to drive business and strategic decision-making on feature prioritization and impact analysis.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics and Excel
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for the entertainment industry and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
