Guest Relation Officer

A. Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests

• Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services

• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers

• Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed

• Record information in the logbook daily

• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer

• Conducting cash/non-cash payment transactions

B. Qualification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reception or the hospitality industry.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Well-groomed, professional, and excellent communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Willing to work in shifts / on public holidays

• Available to join immediately.

• Palacement at BSD, Tangerang
