Guest Representative

Main Responsibilities:

- Handle and follow up on guest complaints in coordination with relevant departments

- Visit properties to meet guests and resolve reported issues on-site

- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and ensure guest satisfaction

- Assist the Quality Control team in monitoring and maintaining villa standards

- Report recurring problems and suggest improvements to enhance overall service

✅ Requirements:

- Excellent English (spoken and written)

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or villa operations

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Problem-solving mindset with a calm and proactive approach

- Willingness to travel between properties and adapt to a dynamic schedule
