Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to guest inquiries, take reservations, and assist with modifications or cancellations via phone, email, and online chat.

• Accurately input and update reservation details into our booking system.

• Provide guests with information about room availability, rates, hotel amenities, and services.

• Ensure all reservations are confirmed with correct dates, room types, and special requests.

• Handle guest concerns related to reservations and provide timely solutions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, promotions, and local attractions.

• Collaborate virtually with the front desk, housekeeping, and management teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive guest relationships.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher is a plus).

• Previous experience in customer service or reservations (hotel experience preferred but not required).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely in a quiet, professional environment.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
