-Oversee daily GuestHouse operations to ensure smooth execution of services (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)

-Lead, inspire, train, and manage department heads and frontline staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

-Set performance goals and KPIs, monitor results, and make bold decisions where necessary

-Handle guest relations like a pro: resolve complaints quickly, diplomatically, and with a smile

-Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements

-Coordinate with team to post Social media contents

-Familiar with OTA
