HCGA Assistant Manager

Responsibility :

  • Develop and manage work plans and budgets for the HCGA department, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and cost efficiency.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Manage salary structure including review and revise current salary structure ads needed.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Management policies and procedures according to the actual needs of the organization.
  • Monitor scheduled absences and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
  • Evaluate and monitor the procurement of office supplies (ATK) to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work-related issues.
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Bridging the companys legalization issues with third parties.
  • Communicate and negotiate with parties (regulators, external environment, public authorities.) and create a relationship of trust.

Requirement :

  • Bachelors degree in Law/Psychology/Management.
  • Have a minimum 5 years experience as HCGA Assistant Manager.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Placement in Head Office, Cilandak (South Jakarta).
