Head Chef / Head Kitchen

Requirement            :

-       Male / Female min. 28 years old

-       Experience in related position min. 3 years

-       Well groom, discipline, and responsible

-       Excellent communication skills and able to build strong team

-       Have strong creativity & skills in Western and Asian Cuisine

-       Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct and evaluate team performance

-       Understand and able to implementation Standart Operations Procedure (SOP) , Quality Control (QC), and Cost Control

-       Have a good knowledge in work-in process system, inventory, and part-stock system

-       Have a good attitude and able work under pressure

-       Have an ability for menu engineering and forecasting is plus point

Responsibility           :

-       Implementation of Standart Operations Procedure (SOP)

-       Decision making and team performance evaluation

-       Customer satisfication and complain problem-solving

-       Cost efficiency, product quality control, and food cost

-       Product development for food, dessert and buffet

-       Operational daily report, inventory stock and kitchen asset
