Head Coach

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor degree
• Experience as a head coach in sport
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Strong attention to detail and able to multitask
• Can make curriculum and lesson plan
• Can prepare and conduct training
• Have experience to manage small team
• Excellent management communication skill
• Excellent time management
• Responsible, goal oriented and organized
• Good English & Bahasa Indonesia Communication
• Understand particular sport and kids education, sport & fitness

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Making Developing lesson plans, contributing to the curriculum & actively driving their sport forward
• Review and help coach make lesson plan for daily class
• Create and conduct training for coaches and class assistant
• Set Up Coaches Schedule
• Drive the participation and profitability of their sport within the location(s) that are assigned to them
• Be responsible for overall quality of their specific sport within the unit (s) that are assigned to them
• Help the recreation manager to do prediction of equipment expenses for every term
• Communicated well to the Sport Operational Manager and recreation manager regarding our progress and needs for class in the unit(s) that are assigned to them
• Make plan and organized event in the unit(s) that are assigned to them
• Help students develop independent learning skills, manage their learning and prioritize their time
• Looking after childrens pastoral needs, including dealing with accidents and caring for children who are upset
• Communicated well to the Sport Operational Manager, coaches and recreation manager regarding class progress and needs for class in every unit
• Organized equipment before after lesson
• Develop sport program
• Perform recordkeeping duties associated with the classroom including attendance and equipment
• Instruct students in proper classroom procedures and behavior
• Make sure any teaching areas are are safe and tidy before classes start
• Running regular & private session
• Attend training and meetings
• Attend and help run events.
