HEAD FINANCE ACCOUNTING & TAX (FAT)

About the role

As the Head of Finance Accounting & Tax (FAT) at PT SELALU NIA DALLE, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys financial success. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Raya and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organisations accounting, finance, and tax operations.

What youll be doing

• Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support the companys overall business objectives

• Manage the accounting team, including overseeing the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and tax regulations

• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiencies

• Lead the design and implementation of financial systems and controls

• Participate in the development and execution of the companys strategic plan

What were looking for

• 10+ years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within the Manajer & Kontroler Finansial industry

• Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders

• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams

• Proficiency in using financial software and data analytics tools

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred
