Head of HR

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with and support the companys overall business direction.

• Lead the full talent lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, and retention—to attract and engage high-caliber talent.

• Champion employee relations by proactively addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and internal HR policies, maintaining compliance at all levels.

• Design and deliver impactful learning and development programs that build capabilities and support career growth.

• Drive performance management practices through structured evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement.

• Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and implement effective succession planning strategies.

• Cultivate an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and belonging, empowering all employees to thrive.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.

• 10 - 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong strategic focus—preferably within a holding company managing multiple subsidiaries.

• Proven expertise in People and Organizational Development, with a track record of driving impactful cultural and capability initiatives.

• Proficient in utilizing HR systems and digital tools to optimize and streamline HR operations.

• Strong ability to collaborate across functions and leadership levels, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
