Head of HR

INSHI Development is looking for HR Lead for a fast growing project in Ubud.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the HR strategy aligned with business growth plans.

  • Build and oversee the entire HR department and team.

  • Drive recruitment for both operational (construction workers) and administrative roles.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee development programs.

  • Cooperate with our branches

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1.5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record in building HR functions from the ground up in a growing company.

  • Strong expertise in Indonesian employment law, with experience in construction or project-based industries a big plus.

  • Ability to recruit and manage both office and field teams effectively.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Based in or willing to work from Ubud, Bali.
