Head of Installation

Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting one of our Manufacturing Clientsin their search for a Head of Installation that will be based in West Jakarta.

What will you do?

• Monitor, execute, & deliver projects to comply with regulations & specifications.

• Manage operations policies & coordinates resources to achieve quality, safety, and cost efficiency for all projects.

• Chair project budget, reviews meeting and manage budget releases to lower levels.

• Lead and drive operation strategies to be ready to respond to market changes and cost - efficiency.

• Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and disputes on-site, fostering positive relationships with all customer.

Were looking for someone who has:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).

• At least 5+ years experiences in handling/leading projects.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate on-site teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

• Ability to read wiring diagram/ electrical diagram.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively under pressure and iron fist.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed.
