Head of People Development (Manager)

• Develop and lead people development & culture strategies.

• Oversee Talent Acquisition, Training, Employer Branding, and Internal Communication.

• Manage performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture.

• Drive employee learning programs and support change management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.  

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in human resources leadership roles, with a focus on talent management, learning & development, and culture.  

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.

• Experience working with executive teams and advising on people-related matters.

• Data-driven and results-oriented.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into people strategies.
