Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Extensive experience (10+ years) in human resources leadership roles, with a focus on talent management, learning & development, and culture.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Experience working with executive teams and advising on people-related matters.
Data-driven and results-oriented.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into people strategies.
