Head of Social Media
As the Head of Social Media, you are responsible for overseeing and leading the social media team while developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the clientss goals and enhances its online presence. Your role involves managing both the strategic and operational aspects of social media marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate, and execute a results-driven social media strategy in alignment with the clients marketing and business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored content to engage and retain followers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
- Supervise and mentor a team of social media specialists and designers.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members are well-trained and motivated.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms.
- Ensure that content aligns with the brands messaging, style, and visual identity.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights for optimizing social media performance.
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and ad creation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience for min. 5 years in social media management, with a strong track record of leading successful social media campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and a deep understanding of audience behavior.
- Fluent in English.
