Health Safety Environment Officer

Company Overview:

Our company, PT Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi specializes in precision part manufacturing and the development of special-purpose vehicles for both general and military applications. We are currently looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

1/ Supervise and ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) in the workplace in accordance with regulations.

2/ Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.

3/ Develop and report on periodic K3 programs and evaluations.

4/ Handle workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and emergency situations.

5/ Propose safety-based improvements to promote a safe working environment.

Qualification:

1/ Vocational High School (SMK)/Diploma (D3)/Bachelors Degree (S1), preferably in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.

2/ 1-2 years of experience in the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) field, fresh graduates with certification are welcome to apply.

3/ Possess a valid General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification.

4/ Good understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, including SMK3 (Occupational Safety and Health Management System).

5/ Able to create K3 documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and accident reports.

6/ Communicative, assertive, and highly committed to a strong safety culture.

7/ Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to task completion.

8/ Communicative, consistent, and honest in both individual and team settings.
