Job Description
- Responsible for managing inpatients comprehensively and comprehensively from the time the patient arrives until they go home.
- Visit all patients in the treatment room for whom he is responsible every working day Monday-Saturday and document it in the medical record: For new patients, visit site is carried out in <1 hour. For patients moving to and from the intensive care unit, the visit is carried out in <30 minutes.
- In emergency conditions, Hospitalists carry out emergency actions in accordance with the competence of general practitioners.
- Collaborate with the doctor in charge of the service so that: information on the development of the patients condition (EWS >4, worsening condition, change in therapy, or other matters deemed necessary) is conveyed to the DPJP, every specialist doctors instructions are carried out properly.
- Collaborate with various medical and other medical support units, administrative services, and insurance/companies to achieve optimal clinical results.
- Communicate with the patient/patients family regularly during the treatment period so that comprehensive information regarding the patients condition, examination/action plans during hospitalization, and discharge plans are conveyed well to the patient/patients family and the insurance company.
- Remind other RMOs and specialist doctors to complete medical records.
- Provide reports to the Head of AMA regarding inpatients and events in the wards which are their area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with the Case Manager for cases: (a) who require early discharge planning, (b) high risk, (c) high costs, (d) high potential for complaints, (e ) chronic disease, (f) complex/intricate, (g) the possibility of a complex financing system, (h) which requires special education to the patient/patients family.
- Physician and has STR
- Have minimum 2 years work experience in a hospital or experience in an emergency room (Preferably)
- have Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are often required.
- Extensive knowledge and clinical skills in managing a wide range of medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
- Proficiency in managing multiple patients and coordinating care with various medical and support staff.
