Qualification:

• Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of experience in the same position or role.

• Strong experience in Western / French hot kitchen menus.

• Has experience professional kitchen training or chef training.

• Proven knowledge of food preparation, presentation and preservation products.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organizing the station as per HACCP standards.

• Attentive work, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.

• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and good dexterity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily tasks ontime.

• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.

• Responsible for creating menu development hot kitchens specific to western and french menu and dressing, including food cost calculation.

• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organizing the station.

• Ensure that all food items are properly labeled and stored according to food safety standards.
