HR Corporate Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

As our HR Corporate Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our company culture and employee experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.

• Overseeing compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Leading and mentoring the HR team.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; masters degree or HR certificate (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to think strategically and translate HR initiatives into tangible business results.

• Experience in HR software (HRIS, Payroll, Attendance Management System)

• Willing to be placed at Pasuruan East Java
