HR Manager (Experienced in Sports/Gym/Wellness Industry)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including:

    • Recruitment & onboarding

    • Employee relations and engagement

    • Training & development

    • Performance management

    • Compensation & benefits administration

    • HR policies and compliance with labor laws

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.

  • Handle and resolve employee concerns or grievances in a professional manner.

  • Identify HR process improvements and implement best practices.

  • Ensure HR records are accurate, confidential, and compliant.

  • Prepare regular HR reports and workforce analytics for management.

  • Support organizational change and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience in Sports Industry, Gym & Wellness at least 5 - 7 years in a HR generalist or managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to build trust across all levels.

  • Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities.

  • High integrity and respect for confidentiality.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
