HR Manager

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage hiring.
Organize onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.
Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Manage work schedules, attendance, and leave policies in compliance with labor laws.

Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize learning opportunities.
Promote continuous development and cross-training initiatives.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Work with the finance/payroll team to ensure accurate compensation and benefits distribution.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.

Performance Management:
Implement and maintain performance review systems.
Guide managers in performance conversations and improvement plans.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
