HR Manager
INSHI Development is looking for HR manager for fast-growing construction project.
Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations).
Recruit both office staff and construction site workers effectively.
Ensure all HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with project managers to understand staffing needs at sites and in the office.
Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and legal compliance.
Support employee development and foster a positive work environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in construction or related industries.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruiting blue-collar (construction workers) and white-collar staff.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).
Proactive, organized, and strong interpersonal skills.
Based in or willing to work from Ubud, Bali.
