HR Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree from a relevant field

  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position (HR Manager or equivalent), or a total of 10 years in the HR field

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory

  • Proficient in HR-related technologies, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); familiarity with Lark system is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of all HR functions, with proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies; solid understanding of labor laws and regulations; able to work both strategically and operationally

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent communication abilities

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Implement efficient and effective recruitment strategies & process to attract qualified candidates.

  • Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring processes.

  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Promote a healthy, fair, and inclusive work environment.

  • Ensure disciplinary actions and terminations are handled appropriately and legally.

3. Performance Management

  • Manage performance management metrics by implementing effective performance appraisal systems align with business goals.

  • Guide managers in setting clear performance goals and expectations. Facilitate or provide coaching and feedback systems.

4. Talent Management and Development

  • Organization design and structure to align with business needs and effective productivity.

  • Manage talent management including succession planning.

  • Manage talent development to promote career growth and increase productivity/contribution. Identify training needs across departments and organize employee development programs, workshops, and seminars if needed.

5. Human Resources as Business Partner

  • Translating business goals into effective human resources and talent strategy by aligning HR strategies.

  • Driving effective culture by championing company values and missions.

  • Lead and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage effective rewards system related to performance management and productivity.

7. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations align with company regulation and objectives.

  • Stay updated on regulatory compliance, employee handbook and company policies.

  • Handle audits and legal documentation as necessary.

8. System Integration Cross Department

  • Have an ability using Lark HRIS will be a plus point.
