Job Description

  • Assist with Recruitment & On-boarding: Support hiring processes and help new employees settle in smoothly.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Support Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Coordinate Training & Development: Help organize training to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Assist with Visa Management: Help manage visa and work permit processes for foreign employees.
  • Manage Office Operations: Assist with office supplies and facilities to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Assisting management with operational tasks such as meeting arrangements, account keeping, etc.
  • Assisting resource and project teams with activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelors degree in Human Resources Management/ psychology or equivalent.
  • Having 2-years of experience as recruiter
  • Business Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK 3 or similar) and Conversational English proficiency.
  • Have experienced in recruitment process such as candidate selection, interviewing, psychological test, and assessment (An understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good integrity, attention to detail and excellent time management skill.
  • Willing to be based in Tangerang
