HR People & Culture Manager

Job Description
  • Drive company culture, values, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Lead full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Design and implement learning, leadership, and talent development programs.
  • Conduct employee surveys (e.g. eNPS) and lead action planning.
  • Manage succession planning, talent mapping, and organizational development.
  • Promote employee wellbeing, inclusion, and psychological safety initiatives.
  • Oversee internal communication and employer branding programs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on people-related transformation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, especially in culture, L&D, or OD
  • Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Skilled in engagement surveys, talent development frameworks, and HR analytics
  • Familiar with HRIS, LMS, employee survey platforms (e.g. Culture Amp, Officevibe)
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, BNSP) is preferred
