Requirements :

  • Holds minimum A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required
  • Min. 5 years experience in the same field
  • A strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures is essential
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, including applicant tracking systems, performance management tools, and payroll solution
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address employee issues and workplace challenges
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
