Youll work closely with our HRBP and cross-functional leaders to bring to life initiatives that support growth, build strong teams, and shape a high-performing, inclusive culture. From people analytics to performance coaching, your work will touch every stage of the employee journey.

• Support the People Strategy - Translate business goals into practical people initiatives, collaborating with the HRBP to implement engagement, performance, and talent strategies that matter.

• Deliver Core HR Programs - Execute HR processes and tools, from performance development to reward and career growth, ensuring consistency and impact.

• Be a Trusted Partner - Work closely with line managers to guide employee relations, improve team dynamics, and build management capability through coaching and insights.

• Drive Data-Informed Decisions - Monitor and analyze people metrics, provide reports and recommendations that help leaders make smarter talent decisions.

• Enable Change & Growth - Support cultural transformation and change initiatives with well-planned communication, empathy, and clarity.

• Champion Employee Experience - Contribute to employee engagement strategies, career planning, and learning opportunities to build a thriving, future-ready workforce.

A bit about you:

• At least 4 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, matrixed or agency environment.

• Hands-on experience in multiple HR areas: employee engagement, performance, employee relations, and L&D.

• Strong business acumen, with a passion for translating data into meaningful people insights.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills—youre proactive, clear, and people-centered.

• A growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to shape how HR shows up in a dynamic organization.
