HRGA Departement Head

About the role

PT Adijaya Karya Makmur is seeking an experienced HRGA Departement Head to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta. In this contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and general administrative functions, playing a pivotal part in the success and growth of our Mining, Resources & Energy company.

What youll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall business objectives

  2. Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation

  3. Overseeing the administration of payroll, benefits, and compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

  4. Fostering a positive and engaging work culture that promotes employee motivation and retention

  5. Providing strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team

  6. Handling general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, facilities, and IT support

  7. Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies

What were looking for

  1. Proven track record of 8+ years in a senior HR or HRGA role, preferably within the Mining, Resources & Energy industry

  2. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, HR best practices, and general administrative procedures

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving operational excellence

  5. Proficient in the use of HR information systems and MS Office suite

  6. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
