HRGA Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to join our Company, We are Multinational Company in FMCG. As the HRGA Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Human Resources and General Affairs functions, ensuring seamless operations and the development of our talented workforce. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta.
What youll be doing
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies to support the companys overall objectives
Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes to attract and retain top talent
Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Manage the General Affairs department, including facilities management, office operations, and administrative support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee engagement and foster a positive work environment
Analyse HR data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the management team on HR and GA-related matters
Ensure mutual understanding between management and labor union regarding employment terms, salary increment and other conditions.
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HRGA role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in Indonesia
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in data analysis and using HR management systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
