HRGA Staff (Trading)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage office assets and ensure proper inventory tracking.
Oversee office facility maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
Handle company legal documentation, including permits, business licenses, reporting obligations, company deeds, and visa applications.
Arrange and document business travel (air tickets, hotel bookings, etc.).
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Administration, or other relevant fields.
Basic understanding of HR principles (recruitment, employee administration).
Knowledge of GA functions such as asset management, facility maintenance, and corporate document handling.
Experience with business travel arrangements and documentation.
Strong administrative and documentation skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written (in English).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
